$200 per night Pre Season: November 1 through December 21
$275 per night Holiday Season: December 22 through January 2

Policies:
Two night minimum required for all rentals
Three night minimum required for all Holiday weekend rentals
Five night minimum required for Holiday Season rentals
$120 cleaning fee for rentals less than 1 week

50% deposit (Credit Card) required at time of booking, remainder
due 30 days prior to arrival.
50% security deposit charged at the final payment to be
returned in 10 days after the rental period
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of arrival
date will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 30 days will be charged the
deposit.
